3. Eligibility

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or acting on behalf of a patient with their consent. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting any form.

4. Care Request Process

Submitting a care request form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A confirmed booking is established only after our care coordinator contacts you and verbally or in writing confirms the assignment. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.

6. Payments

7. Nurse Registration

Nurses who register on HomeNurses agree to:

• Provide accurate professional credentials and qualifications
• Undergo verification by our admin team before activation
• Maintain professional conduct at all times during service
• Notify HomeNurses promptly of any changes to availability
• Comply with all applicable nursing council regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

HomeNurses acts as a coordination platform. While we verify nurse credentials to the best of our ability, we are not liable for:

• Clinical outcomes or medical results of the care provided
• Any loss, injury, or damage arising from services rendered
• Delays or cancellations due to nurse unavailability
• Inaccurate information provided by nurses or patients

9. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to HomeNurses at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated by our coordinator.

10. Code of Conduct
